Chapter 10~

I woke up on the edge of the couch and dabi who was still sleeping was almost in the floor, I then looked around to see blankets and pillows in the floor there were cups on the table. I heard music playing and noticed it was coming from my phone. I kinda also had a bit of headache. I tried thinking back to last night then I remembered after eating we turned on music and danced for like two hours..we must have fallen asleep at some point
I got up and turned off the music and started picking things up, I was kinda trying not to wake Dabi up or anything
Once I had things picked up I then remembered
"I didn't get him anything but a cake yesterday.." I thought to myself and I kinda felt bad
"You know what! I'm gonna go buy him something right now!" I say to myself quietly
I go upstairs and get on laptop, I go to Amazon.com to find something
"What does he like..?" I thought to myself
I know he likes rings and I guess I'll get him clothes from a different website
I just searched up emo rings to find the kind he wears it was pretty easy. I then bought them and
I went on the some other website that I found while scrolling thought the internet to look for him some clothes
After about 30 minutes I had a few pairs of sweat pants, 2 or 3 jackets and 4 shirts. And I bought a few chains for him just to add to it I then bought them
And now we wait for them to come in and hope he likes it
I shut my laptop and went back downstairs and luckily Dabi was still asleep so I sat down and got on my phone to pass some time

{about an hour time skip}

I noticed Dabi twitching in his sleep and I heard him mumble a few words like "Stop" and "no" so I decided to wake him up
"Hey Dabi wake up! Wake up!" I said shaking him until he eventually woke up
Once he woke up he was a bit startled
"Hey..hey..everything is okay we're okay..are you good? You were twitching and saying stuff in you're sleep
"Oh..yeah I'm fine just nightmares.." he said
"Well do you want to talk about it? I'll listen.." I say
"No." He said strictly
"Oh um okay sorry.." I say
"D•mn it..I'm sorry that was rude but I would just rather not, they get hard to talk about sometimes" Dabi said
"Okay, that's okay you don't have to if you don't want to" I say
He smiled at me a bit for a split two seconds
"So..plans for today??" He asks me
"Nope not really anything specific unless you had any plans" I say
"Nope" he says
"Actually..I think I'm gonna take a shower, you probably should too" I say
"Okay that's fine and are you sure about me?" He asks
"Yes. You can take a shower here dummy" I say playfully
"Okay, just making sure" he says as we both laugh a bit
I go upstairs and grab some clothes and to the bathroom for towels
I then turn on the water for the shower and step in

{time skip to after the shower}

Okay all good now. I put on my clothes and brush through my hair
Once I'm done I walk back downstairs
"Okay showers all yours" I say
Dabi looks up from his phone at me and sets it down
"Okay I'll go shower then" he says as he walks to his bags to grab some clothes and head upstairs to the bathroom
I then grab some food and set down and get on my phone because there's nothing else to do

{time skip}

After about 30 mins I see Dabi come back down stairs finally, and oh my god his hair is down and wet- he looks so..just wow with his hair down
I hid my face I'm a blanket beside me because I already knew I was blushing
Dabi grabs a drink and sits down beside me
"You good" Dabi asks
"Yeahhh just a bit of a stomach ache and I'm kinda cold" I say
"Oh, okay. You want me to grab anything?" He asks
"Uh no I'm good thanks though" I said
Dabi turns away from me and focuses on the tv
After a few minutes things start to get boring plus It was only like 2pm
"I'm bored" I say
"And what am I supposed to do about that" Dabi says
"I don't know, there's nothing I can do either really I was hoping for some ideas" I say
"Welp sorry, I don't have any" Dabi says
I then opened my phone and scrolled through TikTok, I came across this thing called a "battery acid drink" and it had a whole bunch of different candy and drinks
"Hm..seems interesting" I think to myself, I then sent the TikTok to dabi
"Oh god- what in the h•ll did you send me" Dabi asks
"Just watch it and don't be a jerk" I say
He gives me a confused look

Me: *the video* soooo you wanna make those

Dabi: we will have diabetes from all the sugar

Me: LMAO since when would you care

Dabi: I'm not worried about myself lmao

Me: anywayssss you wanna make them?

Dabi: fine, and why are we texting when you're like 10 feet away from me

Me: not sure lmao but we can talk instead of text if you'd like

Dabi: K

"Well I know we don't have all that stuff here so we would have to go somewhere else for it" Dabi says
"Yeah we can walk down the road to the store for the stuff" I say
"Yeah sure, let's go" Dabi says as he gets up
I do the same, I then went upstairs quickly to grab a hoodie and some shoes
I then walked back downstairs and dabi was waiting there
I gave him a thumbs up and he opened the door for me, once we were both outside he locked the door and we began walking
I was the one closest to the road until I felt something grab me and it suprised me a bit so I flinched, I looked and saw it was dabi's hand shoving me out of the way and switching places with me
"Hm..?" I say
"Well you were the closest to the road and I didn't like it" Dabi said
"Awhh he cares" i thought to myself
"Well thanks" I say out loud
"No problem it's not a big deal, it's just common sense that I not let you walk close to the road for someone to grab you or worse you get hit by a car somehow" Dabi says
"Yeah" I say

After another minute or two we made it to the store, we walked in and there's the lady..who seemed to be here everyday..she's a bit weird but she's okay
Once she noticed us I saw her look at me
I smiled, and she did the same she then looked over at Dabi very quickly and I shook my head no, knowing what she meant and was asking by the look
Me and dabi watched the TikTok again and grabbed the candy and stuff, dabi recommended me a monster because I don't really drink them
Once we were done, we went to the counter and set our stuff on it and the lady started scanning our things,
"$15.76!" She said
Dabi and me both handed money at the same time
"No let meee!" I say
"No im paying" Dabi says
"Me" I say
"Fine, since we both want to pay we can split it" he says
"Okay that works!" I say
We both hand in some money and the lady smiles at us
"Have a nice day you two" the lady says as we get our stuff
"You too!" I say and dabi just simply smiles a bit
We walk out, and begin walking back home.

Welp that's the end of this chapter!! I hope you guys like it since I've made you all wait for a while!! And I tried to make it as long as I could since I've made you wait!! I just figured I could treat you guys!!
