"James is a tracker, the hunt is his obsession and my reaction, as well as Jasper's-set him off." Edward explained, "I just made this his most exciting game ever."

Clara rolled her eyes. All she needed after the annoying days of school was one relaxing holiday, and now, she was in the danger of being killed. And also, she didn't know whether to hate Jasper for leaving her all alone with Edward who clearly cared only for Bella or love Jasper for allowing her to stay by Bella's side.

Edward rolled his eyes. "Your thoughts are bouncing all over." He groaned.

"It's not my fault that I'm thinking Eddie. It's your fault for not blocking me out." Clara stated.

"And please stop calling me Eddie. My name is Edward."

"Eddie's more fun to say though." Clara whined. Edward ignored her and turned to Bella.

"He'll go to your house first. He'll track your scents there."

"What? Charlie's there!" Clara exclaimed.

"He's in danger because of me!!!! Because of us!!!" Bella loudly shouted in full-on panic mode. Clara winced at the loud volume and Edward lightly shook his head to rid of the ringing sound.

"Then we'll lead the tracker away from him somehow." Edward declared, "Clara, when we reach, start packing immediately."

"I can't just leave!" Bella argued.
"Yeah, dad and I have a movie night too." Clara added.

"Are you seriously worried about a movie night? Both your lives are on the line!" Edward glared at her from the mirror.

"Well sorry to burst your bubble Eddie, but I'm just trying to imply that dad will definitely be suspicious if we just leave. He's a cop!" Clara glared back.

"Bella and I will plan something." Edward said, "It's the only way to keep you safe Bella. To keep you BOTH safe."

When they arrived, Clara entered a few minutes earlier.

"Hey Clara. Good game?" Charlie asked. Clara smiled, trying not to cry as she nodded.

"Great. Butter or caramel?" He asked referring to the popcorn for the movie night.

"Hands down butter." Clara said and quickly went up. First she packed her bag, she pushed in whatever clothes she could find and zipped it up. Next she went to Bella's and cringed at the clothes. Bella's clothes were all either grey, olive green, black or blue, no bright colour at all. Clara was sure that if they lived through this 'hunt', she was definitely buying Bella an entirely new wardrobe.

"I said leave me alone!" Clara heard Bella shout and a slamming door was followed. Clara waited for Bella to enter the room and once she did, Clara locked the door.

"I can't hurt him." Bella whispered to Clara and Edward.

"You have to." Edward said.
"This is the plan you chose?" Clara asked, rolling her eyes.

"Bella did he hurt you?" Clara asked as Charlie knocked from the other side of the door.

"No Clara." Bella sighed.

"Then what? Did he break up with you?" Charlie asked.

"I broke up with him. That's why I have to leave." Bella said, "I don't want this. I have to go home." She croaked to Edward.
