"i'm not doing this!" i shouted causing everyone to look at me "listen" i whispered "i want the people who hurt him to pay but this isn't the way"

i went to the sheriffs station i sat in my car hesitating to go in 'this is a bad idea' i thought to myself 'what if something goes wrong? what if they say no?'

i nodded and gripped the door handle tightly before getting out and going inside
everyone turned my direction looking at me sadly one man came up to me "how can i help you?"
"i uhm... can i go in my dads old office just to sit for a moment"
"of course" he said gesturing me to his office i nodded with a smile as i walked in i quickly shut the blinds and door and went to the computer looking for matches on the guy when a name popped up i grabbed a piece of paper and wrote his name down i put the paper in my pocket and walked out smiling with tears "thanks i really appreciate it"
"of course your father was a good man rest assured we will find the monster who did this"
i nodded with a weak smile and left, i got in my car and sighed

As i drove i saw a person standing in the road i slammed on the breaks to see a familiar face i got out of the car
"what the hell!" i slammed the door "i could have killed you"

"no your dad called me told me he needed help i got there he was being attacked once i realized who it was i ran"
