𝑻𝑯𝑬 next morning, Lola was asleep with Brian's arm around her. She was woken up by a sudden bang from the bathroom which caused her and Brian to freeze. The two turned their attention towards the direction of the sound. The bathroom door opened and Monica came out. Lola's eyebrows furrowed. Monica must've come through the bathroom window.
"What are you doing here?" Brian asked
He sat up and Lola followed suit. She folded her arms across her chest.
"Brian, they're gonna kill you." Monica revealed
A frantic expression spread across her face. Lola's eyes widened.
"I heard him telling Enrique, Roberto, and Pedro. Once you finish the run, they're putting a bullet in your head." Monica said
"You sure you heard 'em right?" Brian asked
Lola looked at him, feeling her heart race. Monica nodded.
"I'm sure. I'm sure." Monica said
Brian looked worried. The front door swung open, Roman and Oliver bursting into the room. Oliver quickly closed the door behind the two.
"Verone's boys is out--" Roman started
He stopped talking mid-sentence when he spotted Monica. He pressed his lips into a line.
