𝑨 few days later, it was time for Dom's court date. A man banged the gravel, Lola watching on nervously.
"All rise." A man said
Lola stood from her seat as the judge walked in.
"Please be seated." The man said
Brian wrapped his arm around Lola's shoulders as they sat back down, Mia clutching her other hand. Oliver had his arm wrapped around Mia.
"Please rise, Mr. Toretto." The judge instructed
Dom slowly stood up.
"I've listened to the testimony and taken into special consideration Agent O'Connor's appeal of clemency on behalf of Mr. Toretto. That his actions directly resulted in the apprehension of known drug trafficker Arturo Braga. However, this judiciary finds that one right does not make up for a lifetime worth of wrongs. And as such, I find that I am forced to level the maximum sentence under California law." The judge said
Mia started crying as Lola heard Brian curse under his breath. Brian pulled his arm away from her and stood up, storming out of the courtroom. Lola put her hands together in a prayer position in front of herself as she blinked away her tears.
"Dominic Toretto, you are hereby sentenced to serve twenty-five years to life at the Lompoc maximum security prison system without the possibility of early parole. This court is adjourned." The judge said
He banged the gavel. Lola's stomach dropped as tears fell from her eyes.

Lola drove behind Brian as they drove towards the prison bus her brother was on. Oliver was leading the pack. Mia pulled up beside Lola, the two sharing a smile. Lola sped past Rico and Tego who were arguing in Spanish, like always. She laughed and shook her head, pulling up beside Brian. She winked at him and Brian gave her a wide grin. They split, going to different sides of the bus. Lola shifted gears and sped up, cutting in front of the bus. Mia drove up in front of her, the pair zig-zagging in front of the bus.
