Kalyavan was the ruler of Yavan (greek).he was the son of sage Sheshirayan.Sage Sheshirayan got a boon from Lord Shiva that Kalyavan cant be killed by weapons and by any chandravanshi or suryavanshi.He is said to be head of MALECHHAS in the world.
when Jarasandha was defeated 16 times by Lord Krishna Kalyavan accompanied him to help in defeating jarasandh.shree krishna knew that he cant be killed by him so he ran towards a cave where MUKUCHUNDA the son of king Mandhata was sleeping and hide in it.king Mukuchund helped Lord Indra in defeating Asuras and Indra gave him boon that if anyone disturbs him while sleeping he will turn into ashesh.

when Kalyavan reached the cave he found Mukuchund sleeping and he thinks he is krishna and kicked him this makes Mukuchund awoke amd kalyavan died as Mukuchund sees him.
