you're fine, you're okay

The crowd has gone away
Sitting alone,
in the midst of nature,
The sound of the trees rustling, water running,
A relaxing sound,
Yet, I feel like something will go wrong
Breathe in, breathe out,
Listen to the trees, the water
Breathe in, breathe out,
Let the sound relax you
I can't eat, I can't drink
I feel sick, why?
I'm not ill, I'm healthy,
Right?
Breathe in, breathe out,
try your best,
You need food to live,
Breathe in, breathe out,
Everything will be okay.
I can't breathe!
Windows are open, air is coming in,
Oxygen is present,
So why am I finding it so hard,
Someone help me,
Why is breathing so hard?
Breathe in, breathe out
do your best, I know you can,
Breathe in breathe out
I'm here to help, I'm here to stay
I can't, I can't do it!
Everything is too much,
Breathing is hard,
It's not warm in the room, nor is it cold,
So why do my hands feel as cold as snow?
Why do my hands have a cold sweat?
Breathe in, breathe out,
do your best, I know you can

You're strong, you'll get through this,
