Derek went to attack Jackson but Jackson stuck his claws straight into Derek's chest and lifted him him up before he threw him through a wall
"Jesus" Mateo watched Derek fly through the air before hearing a loud thud
"Well done to the last, Scott" Gerard praised "Like the concerted friend you are, you bought Jackson to Derek to save him. You just didn't realize that you were also bringing Derek to me"
An arrow whistled through the air and landed in Issac's shoulder, Issac groaned in pain as he fell to the floor
"Allison?" Scott asked in shock before he ran over to help Isaac
"Okay" Isabela turned to her siblings "You two, get out of here"
Elena flicked her wrist and Jackson was sent flying into a wall "No way. This is getting fun"
"Oh, my god" Isabela groaned in annoyance as Jackson got up and ran, Chris and Micheal started to shoot at him, before the Kanima's tail grabbed their guns and threw them across the room
Both men ran as they tried to attack the Kanima. Isabel ran over to them, roaring as she showed her ruby red eyes, Derek next to her. Mateo told Elena to keep her distance if she wanted to help before he ran next to Scott, showing off his bright blue eyes
The Kanima ran at Derek and Isabela first, Isabela swiped her claws at the Kanima just as it swiped cut through Derek's stomach, the Kanima turned around and swung its tail at Isabela, knocking her off her feet
The Kanima threw Scott off of it as it choked Issac and slammed him on the floor. Mateo ran up behind it and clawed its back "Jackson, I knew you were a dick, but for fucks sake"
"Shut up, Mateo" Elena said as she flicked her wrist and pulled the Kanima off of Derek, she sent him straight into Scott's shoe, Scott kicked him square in the chest just as the Kanima swiped at Derek.
Isabela pulled herself off of the floor to help Derek while Mateo dragged Issac away from Allison, before she killed him. Another flew through the air and landed in Elena's shoulder "Oh, what the fuck?!" Elena groaned, falling to her knees, trying to find a place to sit safely
"Allison, what the fuck is wrong with you? Pull yourself together" Mateo said as he blocked Allison's attacks, Allison stabbed him through the stomach, causing him to fall to the ground
The Kanima came up behind her and grabbed her by the throat "Not yet, sweetheart" Gerard said
"What are you doing?" Allison asked, as she gasped for air
"He's doing what he came here to do" Scott answered for Gerard
"Then, you know" Gerard said with a small smirk
"What's he talking about?" Allison asked
Gerard looked over to Allison before looking back at Scott "It was that night at the hospital, wasn't it, when I threatened your mother. I knew I saw something in your eyes, you could smell it, couldn't you?"
"He's dying" Issac told the group
"I am" Gerard nodded, looking at his sons "I have been for a while now. Unfortunately, science doesn't have a cure for cancer yet, but the supernatural does" He said, looking down at Derek
"Son of a bitch" Micheal muttered
"You monster" Chris commented, feeling every ounce of anger he had towards his father
"Not yet" Gerard replied
"What are you doing?" Allison cried, gasping as the Kanima tightened his grip on Allison's throat
