Central Calendar Day 4 Month 10 Year 1642
Kivotos city, MiddayThe Soviet convoy that consists of 2 GAZ Tigr high utility vehiclez, 2 Z-STS truck, 2 BMP-2M IFVs, 2 BTR-82A APCs and 2 T-90M tank was currently seen on the streets of Kivotos and being escorted by a bunch of Valkyrie Police cars and are heading towards the General Student Council [GSC] main buildings
On their way to GSC main building, our Soviet Diplomat Fuutarou are seen reading several information from his tablet inside one of the GAZ Tigr, he read carefully about this Kivotos academy city which was obtained from the KGB
From this information he read, he concluded that:
[Kivotos is home to thousands of different academies. Students in the city carry guns and cellphones openly on a daily basis. It is also filled with advanced technology such as robots, exosuit and gigantic mecha, just like in modern Soviet Union
Unlike many typical cities, the type of government of Kivotos is federation, with the GSC being the federal government, which means some schools, especially Gehenna Academy, Millennium Science School and Trinity General School, have their own states or administrative divisions
The general population is made up of animals of various kinds, robots, and mostly teenage girls humanoids with various mythological and animalistic traits such as horns, tails, ears and wings. The common things these teenage girls have are the unique halos that represent their abilities and personalities
And also this Kivotos academy city has no male population at all, except this Sensei adult man and them
Despite being made up of academies however, teachers are ironically not as common. Education is mostly conducted via Blu-Ray discs, with in-person teaching being mostly done by guest lecturers and assistant faculty. Instead, emphasis seems to be placed on various clubs and school organizations where students can express their individual
This is very different from the usual education system in both the Soviet Union, the New World and Earth
For all of these idealistic traits, Kivotos is filled to the brim with all sorts of malicious elements. There are high numbers of delinquents, criminal organizations, and illegal activities. There is an entire district saved for the Black Market. Gun violence is also a regular occurrence
However, these confrontations have a surprisingly low death rate because many of the humanoid, haloed citizens, just like the recent Soviet haloed citizens, have incredible durability, with the most notable being moderate bulletproof protection. Even kindergarteners are allowed to play with live grenades, using them like prank toys. Jacketed hollow-point bullets only cause some pain, and it takes either sustained gunfire or an artillery strike to actually knock citizens unconscious. The quickest way to kill them is to destroy the halos
For this Halos things, Halo is a disk, ring or abstract pattern floating above a humanoid girl's head. Halos vary in colors, shapes, and designs, mostly referencing their respective students' personalities or just general character theme. The halo's concept is as easy as it is mysterious and obscure as how it actually works completely is still unclear
Seeing a halo is nearly as common as seeing gunfire happening in Kivotos. Halos act as a student's form of consciousness. If a student is unconscious e.g., sleeping or knocked out, her halo will disappear temporarily and will return once she regains her consciousness
Although it's generally believed and accepted by the students of Kivotos (soon the whole USSR) that halos belong to students (soon all of the Soviet people) as only they are seen with halos while other Kivotos citizens aren't, it doesn't seem to be the case as other exceptions have been proven to exist with halos
