I was your everything.
I was the reason why you fell asleep with your phone in your hand. I was why you're excited to wake up early; why a smile never leaves your face. You'd cry for me, you'd fight for me, you'd live for me.
You'd do anything in the cost of me for I, I was the sole and top reason why you were happy.
I was your everything.
And today, it hurt me hearing the echo of that single word; Was.
