So I have been thinking of changing the cover, so tell me if I should keep it as the one in the right or change it to the one in the left, or simply just change the don't of the original to the font of the new one

"So...."Luke asks me
"What's gonna be the topic"
We have been sitting here in complete awkward silence for a whole minute.
That's sixty seconds
It might not seem like a lot but since we're in complete silence it is.
"I don't know"the silence continues
"I thought of a topic we could use but I feel like a lot of people will do this, but might as well give it a chance, I thought of environment, like climate change, global warming, that type of stuff "
"Yeah I thought of that too but lots of people will do that"
"Yeah" awkward silence is back
As I'm gonna pitch in a different topic I hear Van opening the door and loudly speaking into the phone
"No mom, I haven't found someone, you can just chill I'm at college to study not to find a girlfriend" she hangs up and she walks over to her bed clearly frustrated and doesn't even acknowledge us
"Van are you alright?" She pops her head up from her pillow
"Clearly not, my fucking mom is..." she trails up when she sees Luke sitting in the edge of my bed
"Hi, I'm Vanessa" she greets Luke and stretches out her hand
"Luke" he says
Vanessa looks a little surprised at the name Luke, I told her how much of dickward he was so she wouldn't expect us being even ten feet near eachother.
"Vanessa, you're kind of creative. What topic do you think we could use in our project?" I ask her for ideas
"Well it depends, what does the topic have to be about?"
As I'm about to respond Luke speaks for me "it has to be a topic that could be arguable, but not specifically...just something for us to make a speech of"
"Yeah what he said" I say
"Well I don't really know but Economics or health could be a topic" I make eye contact with Luke to reassure if he likes the idea too
"Yeah" we say at the same time
"Well kids you guys have fun doing this project but I'm going to my next class now bye bye"I wave goodbye to her "is she single?" Luke asks
"Yes but she's also very lesbian"I says and sound more salty then I intended
"Oh alright"

Two weeks have passed since I started my project with Luke, and he is actually not as much of a dick as I thought. He's nice, his sense of humor is better than mine, he is one of the funniest people I've met and understands sarcasm better than Vanessa which is something hard to find, and he became like friends with Vanessa which meant if we weren't working on the project he would still hangout in my room a lot, I also hung out with him and his group of friends because of Vanessa.
