𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.

hello, dear reader!

i am currently diving between stars
and swimming through constellations;

even though you're so far away,
it's an honor to meet you!

let me tell you a little bit about myself.

i've been told i'm no bigger than a thumb,
which always makes it easier
to find all the best hiding spots.

you'll learn soon that
i'll always be hiding, somewhere.
(maybe later i'll tell you exactly where
my favorite hideaways are,
just in case you want to visit me!)

i hope you can find comfort in knowing
that there will always be safe,
quiet places to exist in
amidst the messiness of life.

i spend a lot of time in my head,
thinking and exploring
the rural plains of my creativity
and so

i've decided to tell you my story.

at first, i was afraid that
no one would read these words i write,
but now i can only hope you cherish
and love them as much as i do.

you see,
i write on little scraps of paper,
ones i find buried under moon-dust,
or drifting through the cosmos
with no purpose.

when i scribble down my secrets,
i throw them into the darkness
hoping that you will find them.

if you ever spot a scrap of paper
covered in wobbly, messy writing
please let me know!

it means that my story reached you
and somehow survived entering
the atmosphere on the planet you inhabit
