Megatron

After the events of my Dark of the Moon rewrite, Kinetic Solutions Incorporated (or KSI for short) acquired all the remains of the Decepticons who perished during the final battle in Mission City with the intention of using them for their top-secret experiment known as Project: Chimaera. this included the severed head of Megatron, the once-great leader of the Decepticons who met his end after being beheaded by Optimus Prime. KSI forced captive Autobot scientists Wheeljack and Perceptor to hack into the dead Decepticon leader's brain to extract code from it and use that code to program the man-made transformers that KSI was working on. little did they know that this would end up being a huge mistake, as Megatron's dormant consciousness still existed buried deep within the code that KSI extracted from his brain resulting in Megatron's consciousness becoming a sentient computer virus (think something along the lines of either Skynet from the Terminator franchise, Venjix from Power Rangers RPM, or XANA from Code Lyoko) that ends up infecting all of KSI's man-made transformers causing them to rebel against their human creators and attack major cities around the world. Megatron eventually takes control of KSI's computer systems to construct a new physical body for himself, now more powerful than ever, armed with a cool new sword and an upgraded version of his fusion cannon to boot. in the climax of the film he leads the KSI robot uprising but is thwarted by the combined efforts of the Autobots and Dinobots. his new body transforms into a Cybertronian fighter jet which he uses to flee into space at the very end.
