Elaera sent Daemon and their children back to Caelum. She did not want them to start another fight with the Greens, intentional or unintentional.
Rhaenys went with Corlys to Driftmark, taking Visenya and Vaenar with them.
Knowing her husband, it would be intentional.
She frowned when she tried to open the doors. "Let me out." she demanded.
"On the orders of the Hand, you are not allowed out." the guard said from the other side of the door.
Elaera scowled fiercely before pausing. Father is dead then.
The Ruby Dragon noticed one of Mysaria's agents enter the room with parchment and ink, another one carrying a raven.
"Spread the word, the king is dead and the Greens are planning a coup, that they are intending to usurp the Crown Princess." she instructed.
The two nodded and handed her the parchment, ink, and raven.
Elaera hastly wrote down six words.
The dragon's song has gone out.
Code that Viserys was dead and to pull out her contingencies. Elaera had planned a dozen scenarios of this, Rhaenyra would be able to run the Blacks until she escaped.

Alicent entered her rooms, and Arryk was dragged in in chains. The knight was let out, and he promptly hurried to his princess's side.
"I am guessing my father is dead?" Elaera drawled, standing up.
"Yes, and the rightful king will be crowned."
"A Queen shall be crowned. My father fought for twenty years to keep Rhaenyra his heir, I don't believe he has changed his mind." the rider of Perzysia said flarlty.
"You don't understand, he spoke of Ageon as king—"
Elaera blinked. Then she remembered Daemon whispering about the Song of Ice and Fire
Oh great.
"He could have been speaking of a prophecy." she murmured vaguely. "Use your fucking brain Alicent. Now get out."
"Your family—"
"My family will burn down your family for doing this. And when the ashes settle, I want you to know it was your fault." Elaera said harshly.
Alicent gave her a glare and left.
"Do you have a plan to get out?" Arryk asked.
"I do." the Silver princess grinned.
