Ouch I thought why does my stomach hurt?

I slowly opened my eyes i heard some muffled noise but I couldn't make it out I raised my hand to my stomach it felt like I was just kicked
I tryed to observe my surroundings I was laying in the middle of what seems like a road there was five people around me they had black hair and black eyes I looked up at them then I started to hear more clearly

"What a trash I can't believe she once was in the Uchiha clan "person one said

"Ikr I'm glad they finally kicked her out I also hear she is dumb as a rock! Haha"Person two said while the other three just snickered at her
