There are days
Like pages in a book
That I dare not turn again.
Words like knives
I blindly laugh away
But still draw blood.
These pages I can't tear
These words I can't forbear
Concealed within a smile.
Another shell on top of old
Am I the stronger
Or am I just frozen cold?

Frozen
There are days
Like pages in a book
That I dare not turn again.
Words like knives
I blindly laugh away
But still draw blood.
These pages I can't tear
These words I can't forbear
Concealed within a smile.
Another shell on top of old
Am I the stronger
Or am I just frozen cold?
