It feels like ever since I took out Cassie's dad she's been happier honestly. And what I mean by that is that she has been smiling more and shes been more energetic.
She still wont fully open up to me which I really dont care about, I just want to make sure shes okay and feels like she can be herself around me.

It might sound dumb, but I think that since my dad is out of the picture now my life has gotten alot better. It feels like I can finally breath without having to worry someone is watching me, you know?
It just took a huge weight off my shoulders, but I still feel some guilt and still feel sad. Maybe some of it was my mom's death but the rest was definitely from how shitty my dad was to me. But I am going to try and put those thoughs behind me and move on with my life.
