In which Xavier begins his time in Crystal Cove, its high school, and meets quite a few new people, including one who knows more about the history of the town than Xavier could have ever imagined.
(A/N: Most people do the part about "Welcome To Crystal Cove" in a single part and be done with it. Not me. Given the setup I have for this particular fanfic, it only seemed natural to me that I'd dedicate an entire act of the story to this particular part of the plot.)
