chapter 35 : practice

dwayne & I walk hand in hand in the hallway. people keep greeting & saying "congrats king & queen" to us

I'm so happy right now, I feel like I'm in a cloud 9

as soon as we entered the room our classmate & home room teacher shout & scream "the perfect couple! king & queen! congrats!" sai sweetly smiled while blushing "thank you everyone" sai said "thanks!" dwayne said

"aye! I'm dying! queen can you also hold my hand" one of sai classmate shouts & everyone laughs

"sorry but I won't allow it. sai is mine and only mine" dwayne said & his classmates laugh again

dwayne & sai decided to sit down, still holding their hand under the desk. it's like there's a glue stock in their hand. you can't split this two.

"btw basketball & volleyball team tomorrow we will have a practice game against RU, it's a practice game between new recruits players, the senior players will just watch.

both team are excused for 4 days. first day of the game will be volleyball girls. 2nd day will be basketball & 3rd day will be volleyball boys.

for 4 days both team will come, play & watch the practice game. we want you to observe properly each enemy team & players. we need to study our enemy movements"

"so for now the players who are belong to the said team are excused today. you guys will have your practice in the gym." their homeroom teacher said

"president here's the excuse letter, they are excuse til friday" the president list the name of the excuse player in his student log book

"guys you may go now." sai, dwayne & her brother stand "shin I'll see you later. okay" sai & her brother said.

shin just nodded "dude it's kind of sad without them right?" kris asked

"yeah, I'm already used that my brother are always excuse. but I'm not used that sai isn't with me if my brother are excused for their training. ever since we were kids we always stay together" shin said

sai, dwayne & her brother is in the gym. the basketball team are in the gym 1 & the volleyball team is in the gym 2

each new recruit player are assigned to be taught by their senior. they did a draw lots to be fair in all players.

the team captain got number 3. "girls check your paper & look at what number is written." the team captain said

"who's holding number 3?" the captain asked. sai raised her hand "I am" their captain nodded

"okay, your senior will announce what number they get & if your number is being called just step forward & sit beside your senior until we finally finalize the list, then our coach will announce something again"

everyone already find their partners. "okay guys. your partner will be your partner till you graduate in SU. okay? so my advice is to get along with each other." the coach said

"& btw you can't change your partner. starting today that's your official partner. since the try out we practice everyday after class so I believe everyone isn't a baby. so go & practice now"

"whats your answer" the vice captain said "yes ma'am & sir!"

in volleyball team they only have one captain in boys & girls division. the team captain is choosen in the boys team the vice captain is chosen in the girls team. for the past two years it was a girl captain but now it's a boy

captain position are given to mvp & ace player. Jeremiah is an excellent player so he deserve the tittle of the volleyball team

now sai is being taught by her senior. because sai excel in everything the captain don't know what next step to teach her.

her body is perfectly okay. her strength, agility, power & stamina is above average.

it's like she's been playing volleyball ever since she is a kid but its her first time in a volleyball team.

for 5 hours straight everyone is so serious practicing. they even play in a match, sai only join the first game, but her serve are too powerful, afraid of injuring her teammates their coach & captain decided to step her out.

"sai we will just put you in the actual game. your strength is too powerful we can't afford to injure our team hope you won't hate me" sai smiled gently

"I won't & don't worry ma'am just continue the game & I'll just practice their" her coach nods

"no you already practice too much just rest for now. save your strength for the practice game. you're dismiss for now. remember you should rest ok?" her coach said

"then that means I can go now without waiting & helping them fixing & cleaning the court ma'am?" sai asked

"don't worry about that. the school director assign a janitor to maintain the place & clean our mess, we're here to play not to clean. ok you may go now" sai nodded

sai picked up her stuff & went directly to her locker. she takes a shower & change her clothes. as soon as she finish brushing her hair she immediately went to the gym 1

she sit in the bench. she watch dwayne & her brother game, as soon the basketball team saw her "queen!" everyone shout sai just smiled at them & waves

"okay break time!" the coach shouted "sai!" dwayne immediately run towards sai "here" sai handed the towel to her brother & dwayne

"baby did you already finish practicing?" brian asked "my coach said my strength is too powerful" everyone nodded

"I saw your game, it really is powerful. you can really crush any player. you're lucky" the basketball coach said

"but I hate hurting someone" sai reply "you might hurt the other team but your victory is your team victory also, they work so hard to get the championship. to be honest your teammates are happy to have you, you're a lifesaver to be precise" the coach said

"oh right I texted shin that I already finished my practice & that he can come in here" sai said "now that you mention it its the 1st time that you two are not together" brian said

"yeah. I feel bad for leaving shin but sports isn't his thing, he prefers music" sai said

"you know even if we're twins time will come we'll part ways so don't be sad. shin understand it too. you will get used to it" kenji said

"but I don't want our brother to get used to it being alone & lonely" sai said "you could still call & text him on your free time when we're on a practice & game" dwayne said

"hehe I keep sending him video snapchat & he told me that he feels like I'm still in his side" sai said

"oh shin just send me a video snapchat, hehe he's on his way in the gym now" sai showed the video to everyone

"ate! kuya!" shin shouted "shin!" sai snuggle shin "I miss my baby brother" shin chuckle "yeah I know cause you spam me with video snapchat" everyone laughs

"btw the others are busy in their club" shin said "you're not with kris?" kent asked

"oh he said his sister will fench him & he'll be absent for two days" shin said "I guess his ate kidnap him again. her older sister is on vacation" dwayne said

"guys! break is over one more game!" sai & shin watch the game

"ah! I'm so tired" the basketball team shout "okay rest, sleep early & be prepare for tom practice game okay dismissed!" the coach said "yes sir!"
