By the time I got there, it was nighttime. 

I had lost my key so...that might be a problem.

Luckily, I sneaked past patrol. Man, the strongest pack in the world cannot even track a rogue properly. What were they thinking?!

I went back to the motel and went up silently.

The door was strangely opened.

I leaned in and...

The moon goddess just haddddd to give me a hard time.

Jax walked up towards me.

"Never ever run again like that, understood?" He said sternly.

Who was he to tell me what to do?!

"No."

"What?"

"You don't control my life Alpha. I do whatever I want."

He growled and pushed me back to the wall.

I let out a sharp gasp.

"I am your Alpha, and you do what I say."

Elizabeth whimpered a little, she was hurt Jax didn't call us his mate but our Alpha.

Not wanting Elizabeth to be away from him for the last time, I agreed.

"Yes alpha."

"Good girl." He gently tucked a strand of hair behind my ear.

The tension was high. I couldn't do it.

"Alpha, please stop," I whispered.

"Why?"

"... "

He let go and took my hand.

"Wait Alpha!"

He stopped and looked at me.

"What?!"

"My things?" I pointed to the bed. 

"I'll have someone bring that to the packhouse."

I rolled my eyes.

"Never do that again or you'll be punished."
