I can't believe it. Mid semester was almost over,it was a good thing I came home actually I realized how much I've missed home.before going back to school I wanted to shop for a few things that I'll be needing to go with I decided to meet baba to collect some money from him.I went to meet him in his study and as usual he was reading his newspaper..

*knock knock*

"come in " he said

"umm Good afternoon Baba"i said as I squatted

"Afternoon,what is it?"he asked going straight to the point

"umm baba I'll be going back to school next week inshaaAllah and I wanted to get a few things before I go back" I said looking down

"so you want money??he asked

*I nodded*

"ok I'll Send it through your account cause i don't have enough cash on me now"

"Tohh nagode baba Allah ya saka da alkhairi"

"Amin Amin,Allah ya bada sa'a"he said with a smile

I got to leave when I received an alert of 100k Awwwnn my daddy. I went back to thank him and I got ready to go shopping,I decided to go to the bank first to withdraw then go and pick salma from her house so we'd go together.I got into my Toyota Yaris,yeah I have a car my dad got me one when I was in 200level its like a tradition for him he got my sister one also when she was in her 2nd year..I got into my car and drove straight to GTbank and as usual the Atm is always crowded with people I stood in line waiting Fr my turn when someone tapped me lightly on my shoulder asking me d usual Atm question

"excuse me dan Allah waye last" The person asked

I turned around to answer only to see that sufyan guy that I embarrassed my self in front off,what the the heck is he doing here for God's sake,is he following me??

"am the last person"I said turning back immediately

"how are you doing?? He asked trying to start a conversation with me

"i'm fine"

"so u came to withdraw money too"he asked me smiling

"No I just came to stand in line for no reason"i replied sarcastically

" Ha ha very funny,it's just the normal Nigerian question

"i know right"

It was my turn in line already,I withdrew my money and left Mr sufyan there I got to where I parked my car and I saw sufyan coming towards me..

"hi uhm I was wondering if I could maybe drop you at home??he asked scratching the back of his neck

"oh you don't really have to don't bother"i said with a smile

"If I may ask why?

"well cause I came with my own car"i said with a smirk

"oh wow I had no idea"

"Yeahh"

"ok then,byee I'll call you later"he said leaving

"sure bye"

I got into my car and drove off,I went to pick salma up from her house so we could go shopping together..

"babe wassup"she said closing the car door

"fine fine Walahi" I said

"so hw fa now,gist me any new guy"she was shoving me with her elbow

"well there's this guy sufyan"

"so you've started seeing someone and didn't bother to tell me ,I guess am not your bestie anymore"

"Haba you know if anything serious starts I'll tell you,you didn't even allow me finish there's more gist"I said concentrating on the road

"oya fill me in now,is he fine"

"he's fine fa,I won't lie shima beard gang ne" I said smiling

"Shegiya you're already falling Fr him ba"

I told her about the true caller and name drama we had with him..

"wow,how did you feel when he caught you"she asked me laughing

"babe ki bari I was sooo embarrassed,I just composed myself and left sharp sharp"

" so do u like him"she asked me wriggling her eyebrow

*I shrugged*

"talk now,you don't know whether you've your soul mate"

"Tohh hopefully,he said he'll call me later"

"but why are you being rude to him" she asked

"haba do you expect me to start throwing myself on him" I said taking a turn

"No,as in try and be nice to him small now" she said

"yes ma" I laughed

We got to sahad stores and we bought some clothes,bags and we left,I dropped salma at her house

"call me when he calls you and give me details"she said taking her bags from the back

"kin cika son gulma"I replied her

"duhh"she smiled

I got home and it was already time for magrib,I went straight to the bathroom,showered and performed wudu and said my prayers I was still on my prayer mat when my baby sis halima came in..

"ya faiza,ya faiza"she said jumping on me

"what is it"

"you went to sahad stores and you didn't buy me anything"

"how can I forget my one and only sister" I said handing her the new frozen hoodie I bought her and a cute pair of loafers

"Yaay! Frozen,thank you,thank you"she said smiling and sizing the shoe

" ya yi miki?? I asked

"yes, bari in je in nuna ma mummy"she ran out

Just after she left my mom came in..

"Faiza ke kike ma halima kyauta haka"she said sitting on my bed

"haba mommy it's nothing"i said

"so when I've you decided to go back"she asked

"on Sunday inshaaAllah"

"that's next tomorrow,dun yau Friday"

"yes ma"

We were gisting and laughing with my mom,when my phone started ringing,mr true caller was calling me Aka sufyan and the phone was close to my mom she looked at the phone,looked at me,smiled and left.I picked the call up and we talked for almost an hour,se both didn't realize it was almost isha prayers,funny thing is I've never talked to anyone for that long on phone even with that yusuf of a guy..
I got up and said my prayers after that I went to finally eat cause I was starving,I finished eating and went back to my room to sleep,when I remembered salma said to call her..

"hello babe hw fa"she said cheerfully

"i just finished talking to the guy just now"

"which guy?? oh ok ok sufyan" she said

"Yeahh,I think am falling for him"I told her while fiddling with my bed spread

"ooh I knew it,so when will I meet him"

"no date yet it's not like we're even dating sef"

"okay o anyhow,I'll keep my fingers crossed" she said

"la lai sa ka ce ke ne da shi"

"ah toh"

"wait,Ahmad na nan kuwa"

"Ya na nan fa"she laughed

"okay my regards please,good night"
