I opened my eyes and saw a face staring down at me. I yelped in surprise and jumped up, knocking his head. Alec held his forehead and backed up.
"I'm so sorry Mr. Carter! I was just so surprised." I said, walking up to him and steadying him.
"It's fine Ms. Raven." he said, regaining his composure.
I smiled and noticed my surroundings. This wasn't home...
"Umm...where am I?"
"My house. Sorry. It's probably a mess compared to yours."
I laughed.
"No. This is so much better than mine."
"Speaking of this, when can I go and meet your parents? They should know your friends well."
I immediately started hyperventilating.
"Umm....No!"
"Why?"
"B-because no!" I said trying to block him.
"You're hiding something." he growled trying to get past me.
Finally, he pushed me against the wall.
"What are you hiding?"
