liv. the ode of the heart swims

And underneath the moon I took notice,
of his carefree and dazed expression.

Bringing the rhapsody of my heart,
to its standstill and bristled confession.

And then I took hold of his face,
made him mine in the slowest of pace.

I stood to uphold the breast of his will,
whilst he claimed all of his bittersweet fill.

But when I asked him for share of mine,
for me he did not prepare to shine.

And he chose to follow the will of his heart,
which ran from me so far away apart.

And now I tell you rain down on me another,
rain down on me a man who will not be a bother.

For my heart has slowly began to break,
and now I don't know how much more I can take.

So I tell you please stop this raging hail,
lest you wish my heart to fail.

So I tell you please stop the ode of this fallacy,
lest you wish I die of insanity.
