xxv. THE OBSESSION IS UNVEILED

And so I have crumbled, I have fallen,
into this obsidian pit of darkness.

Where, in my blubbering heart,
fury it can now only harness.

And in this place the terror reigns,
inside which I am condemned and confined.

And in this place the eyes are bleak,
as the devils are the ones they only seek.

And in their wayward thoughts,
I breathe once more the embers and the fires.

Filled with horrors, tantalizing screams,
and a mouthful of twisted liars.

And here I have come to stand,
on the apex of chaotic destruction.

A constellation of fallen wits,
in a place of transfixed obstruction.

And the tendrils have fluctuated,
against the sirens who have mutated.

As they do mock as I commence my fall,
and finally collapse into this dreary hall.

Wherein I glimpse the picture,
of my captor's ugly aughts.

Wherein I see the picture,
of my captor's evil thoughts.

Wherein there is none but myself,
to stack on his clustering shelf.

While he pounces around for other prey,
though I pray he may not anymore find his way.
