He searched, day and night, night and day. After the key, his visibility, the hope he had seemed to have lost and on later days even his sanity that seemed to be missing.
He'd find all of these things someday, he was sure of it. And with the time he had to spend searching he might as well have everything back in no time.
Even though he wasn't as sane as before and seemed to be more of a freak than he had been, he was as determined to show them he wasn't a freak as they were convincing him he was indeed a freak.
The question seemed to be' who has the strongest mind' rather than 'is he insane'?
And the question remained to be answered.
