So this chapter is all about Scotland and Ireland shipping.
The More you know.

And if you don't like kissing you're too young to be on TikTok so stop. But why do you think I'm talking about kissing? Oh I don't know why but this is a chapter where two countries go on a date, do you know why I'm talking about kissing? Cause I don't. but whatever it is, it will be descriptive and unsettling to some, I guess, it's not really well written.

This chapter will have a lot of emotions in it and slightly depressing topics to talk about but they are all about things that have already been talked about in this book just in a more depressing and emotional way, so may the tears fall. Don't worry this is still a date it's gonna be happy, like, why would I ever end such a good ship in such a depressing way? The ship is never ending By The Way. It's 1am so this may suck but oh well this book is already a mess. I'll stop talking/writing/typing now...

Enjoy!

No ones POV

Scotland opens the front door wide. Ireland stands outside of the door, a slight nervous feeling in his stomach. He wears almost an identical outfit to Scotland but with a green kilt and a darker suit jacket. He also wears his normal Irish cap with a small clover on it for decoration.
"I see A'Chuimrigh wanted us ta match." Scotland says as he looks back at a very happy Wales.
"Well, I thought it would be nice as our traditional clothing is quite similar." Ireland said.
"Well I think it was a nice idea." Scotland says with a smile, hoping for a good reaction. He's still getting used to showing affection and saying affectionate things. Ireland gives him a smile in return.
"Yr Alban, Iwerddon will be driving you to the special date spot, have fun, but not too much fun," As Wales said this, with one eyebrow raised, Ireland blushed while Scotland just looked a bit confused.
"And I'll leave you to it!" She says happily and gives Scotland a short hug before skipping off to the living room, planning to talk to everyone about how cute the couple is.
Scotland turns back to Ireland who is still standing outside the house.
"Ready to go?" Ireland asks him.
"Aye." Scotland replied and shuts the door as he steps out the house.

Ireland reaches out his hand and Scotland holds on to it as they walk to Ireland's car.
"I was thinking of driving but we can walk if you want. It's not that far away." Ireland says.
"Well I'd like ta walk if that's okay with yer." Scotland says.
"I'm more than fine with that," said Ireland. "It means I get to hold your hand for longer~"
Scotland's face heats up.
"You're cheesy as hell, yer know that?" He says with a sharp look towards Ireland.
Ireland hums in response knowing that even though it's cheesy, it still flusters Scotland.

As the two walk to the date spot, they make conversation with each other. They've traveled a decent length towards their destination when Ireland gets a little curious. We're a couple now so...I should be able to ask this question right? We need to open up and be honest to each other if we're going to be in a relationship anyways. And might as well as we've got privacy. Oh I hope I don't mess this up... He thinks to himself.
"Albain?" Ireland begins to ask.
Scotland hums waiting for Ireland's question.
"What do you think of your dad?"
Ireland didn't feel like this question would come with a good reaction but he doesn't know much about Scotland's dad apart from the fact that he was harsh on making him cold hearted. Scotland looks slightly surprised and thinks about it for a second.
"Why dae yer ask?" He asks, quieter than usual.
"Um well, I just never really knew your dad," Said Ireland. "And I only really know the bad things and...And I thought that there would be more to him than that."
Scotland slightly nods his head.
"Your not wrong. He did do...b-ba...um" Scotland stumbles on his words. "Dona things,"
Ireland understands that this is a hard subject for Scotland and that he can mix his words up with his own language instead of English by accident, but that happens with a lot of countries.
"And he was strict and got a-ang...crosta a lot but I think he was strict with me because he did nae want other people ta h-hu...goirteachadh me... duilich that was a long aon..." Scotland apologised as he mixes up his language again.
"It's okay and how do you mean?" Ireland asks curiously as he holds Scotland's hand tighter.
"Well, I think in his mindset he thought that if I grew up with a strict and harsh life as a ch-ch...Leanabh that I would be able ta deal with it better as an a-a...inbheach but..." Scotland sighs and becomes tense. "...noo when it happens I kind of just shut doon and become pretty defensive and practically in-in...gealtach.Although, I would nae hurt anyone unless they hurt me or someone I loved," Scotland clutches Ireland's hand a little tighter as he opens up.
"But even though this sounds b-ba..dona I loved ma F-Fa...Athair. The moments in which he was nae persistent on training or building walls on ma emotions. They are some of the best moments I had with ma Athair...and...and then he d-disa...à sealladh..." Scotland falls silent.
Ireland then proceeds to pull Scotland into a tight hug.
"Tá brón orm Albain." Ireland says.
"I was gonna have ta tell yer some time Èirinn." Scotland says as he hugs Ireland back.
"I suppose that's true," Ireland says as they release from the hug. "Let's talk about something happy now."
Scotland rolls his eyes.
"Aye we should yer amadan."
"Ha, jokes on you that doesn't mean idiot," Ireland said.
"Yeah but it still directly translates to 'a fool' which is exactly what you are." Scotland reply's with a smirk.
"Smartass." Ireland grumbles.
"Come on then, amadan." Scotland says and grabs Ireland's hand and they continue to walk towards the 'special date spot' as Wales called it.
