Yay, another crappy title...
Hm, I might be moving on with the days too fast, but I don't want you guys to be bored with the story... oh well, we're on Tuesday-
Pitcairn Island's POV

I'm feeling slightly better now. I'm still pretty paranoid, still jumping at loud noises, still waiting for something bad to happen again. I just hope that the RAF will get here soon. I just know they won't though and I'm forever going to be scared until they do arrive. My human friend has been taking care of me more. I think they know that my situation isn't looking the greatest and just want to hang out one last time I suppose. Even though we don't know when the last time will be.

I am in my small house reading a book. I get a bit bored and I fold the corner of my page to keep the place in the book. I then stand up to go and look at the time on the clock near my bed.

13:17 (1:17pm)

I suppose now would be a good time to walk around my island or at least visit Adamstown.

Once I've put my shoes on, I head outside. Adamstown first then the rest of the island when I feel like it. I try my best to focus on my island as I walk down the hill but I can't help but have flashbacks of the bombing. I eventually get to the small capitol and a tired smile falls on my face as I look at the scattered buildings within the trees. As I had requested, most are prepared to be bordered up for protection. I begin to get distracted by flashbacks again. It's making me really nervous. The flashbacks are filling my brain and I'm becoming ever so increasingly paranoid until it all just stops at the sight of the same house again. They're usually home so while I'm here I may as well visit.

I knock on the door. I don't hear anything for a while. I knock on the door again. Still nothing for a bit of time but eventually the door opens and the human stands there.
"Pitcairn. You are always knocking on my door." Is the first thing they say.
"Hello to you too, nice to hear you're doing good today." I reply.
The human rolls their eyes.
"What do you need?" They ask.
I think for a little bit. I'll put in a simple way.
"Company."
"Like a business." The human asks confused.
"No. Like as in a friend to spend time with."
"Oh, right." They say with realisation.
I just roll my eyes.
"Well, I suppose you can come in then." They say and open the door wide for me to walk in.
I do exactly so and turn around to face them as they shut the door.
"Now tell me what's wrong?" The human says and crosses their arms.
Dang it.
"I don't know what you mean, nothing is wrong." I say in my best acting voice with a slight shrug of my shoulders.
The human looks unimpressed.
"You don't just go around asking for people to hang out with you unless it's important business. Something is bothering you, now tell me what it is."
I fidget with the fabric of my shirt.
"I can't stay calm in this situation. I feel more paranoid than usual and that's always been a big sign that it's going to happen." I say truthfully.
The human shakes their head sadly.
"I know, Pitcairn, I know," they say sincerely. "I'm scared for you too."
I smile thankfully towards them.
"Let's just forget about it for a bit and... chat, I suppose."

We sit and chat for a while. It's nice to have someone to talk to. It would seem weird for a country to talk and be this close to a human, but you get it a lot with overseas territories. Territories usually don't live on Patriam Island like the other countries. Because of the small territories, it's easier for them to manage their land when on it. So because of us staying in our islands the humans living there are used to use to us and usually more excepting of us. Which is nice. We can always visit Patriam Island if we really wanted but we don't just instantly have a house to live in.

We were just talking.
And then it happened.
Banging on the door.
The human went to open it and I watched them from my seat.
They opened the door.
"They're here! They're coming to Adamstown!"

"What."
My stomach drops in fear and confusion.
"Their ships are getting closer to the island and it seems like they have jets ready on them as well!"
"But..." I cant believe it. I'm in shock, yet I knew this would happen it's just...
"Get everything ready, try to defend ourselves as long as we can. Get anyone young or at a disadvantage out of harms way..."
The human keeps on talking but I can't hear him. As I just stare forward blankly. I feel a hand on my shoulder and flinch as I look up. The other human that had knocked on the door is gone and my friend stands in front of me.
"Are you okay Pitcairn?" They ask.
"I... I don't understand I thought that they were meant to bomb Henderson—"
Flashbacks. All of the attacks flash through my head. The human says things but I can't hear them as the loud sound build up of the bombs echo through my ears.
"It's happening. It's happening. It's happening. It's happening." I mutter to myself over and over.
"Pitcairn!" The human yells.
I come out of my trance for a second and in that second I say.
"Henderson Island is being bombed, as well as Adamstown being attacked."

The next thing I had known was for the human to grab me by the arm and pull me out the house. I get a glimpse of the sea and sure enough the boats are there with the red and white flag. I hate that flag right now. The human keeps on dragging me and I'm barely paying attention as thoughts keep rushing through my head.
"Pitcairn please, I need you to listen to me. I keep on trying to tell you but you won't listen, please."
I blink at those words and remember the situation I'm in. The human has dragged me to the back of Adamstown just before it leads to the more luscious part of the island.
"The small houses of Adamstown and few people that live here don't stand a chance. I've let down my people I've let down you." I mutter.
"Pitcairn, don't say that and are you listening to me." The human says more demanding for an answer rather than asking for one.
I take a while to reply as I grip onto what little focus I have.
"Yes." I say.
The human holds me by the shoulders as they speak.
"They are bombing you at the same time as invading your island." The human says clearly and strictly, making sure their point is getting to me. "That means you will be in no state to fight. There is enough jungle area of the island for you to at least hide in or something, I don't know. What I do know is that we won't win this with only a few people willing to fight. England's military isn't here yet, but if you can hide until they get here then we might stand a chance. Please try Pitcairn." The human begs at the end.
"I..." I begin to speak. "I'll try."
Even though it feels futile.
"Thank you, now I need to leave as I can help. Please stay safe." The human says.
They then wrap me into a hug. It feels weird. I've never really hugged anyone, but I copy them, wrapping my arms around them and slightly squeezing. It still feels weird but... comforting? They let go.
"Good luck." They say.
"To you too." I reply.
Then they leave.

I go into the tree covered area like the human said I should. I get pretty deep into the bushy area when it happens again. Flashbacks. This time even more realistic. Then I realise these aren't flashbacks but real. Happening in present time. I only realise until the loud sound of the bomb pierced my ears and the instant pain stabs at my legs again and I fall over, crashing to the ground as I see the bomb hit Henderson Island...

This is just a sort of filler-like chapter for next chapter. I'm just late with this one and didn't want to be writing a super long chapter because then I would be even later. So enjoy this.

Poor Pitcairn.

No translations. Easier for me to write, easier for you to read.

Haha, I'm failing two languages right now...

Hope you enjoyed this dumb chapter (at least its better than my beginning chapters, like, I actually can't read them they're so bad...)
Stay safe and...

Have A Nice Life!
