After dying and giving his chakra to Kakashi, Obito was ready to see Rin and go through his afterlife, but that had to wait
"I'm sorry Obito but your job is not yet done, you're needed in another world" Rikkudo Sennin said
"Another world? " Obito said in confusion
"Yes, this is a world where creatures of the night, demons feast on humans and I need you to kill the demons and preserve humanity In that dimension" Rikkudo Sennin said
"I understand Rikkudo Sennin but, when I arrive in that world, what will I be wearing? " Obito said
Obito currently only had black pants and nothing else
"You will be wearing the gear you had in the fourth great ninja war, and the demons in this world have regenerative powers so I'll be giving you a little of my chakra to use the shakujo and the truth seeking orbs" Rikkudo Sennin answered
The shakujo was a black staff that seemingly defy all laws of physics because it could extend out of nothing, the shakujo was also made by the same material of the truth seeking orbs which has an anti-regeneration property that would stop the demons from regenerating
"All Right Rikkudo Sennin, I'm ready! " Obito said
Suddenly he was transported to the other dimension
"Ahh, that felt a lot more different than using kamui" Obito said
He looked around and he was surrounded by trees, from this Obito assumed he was in a forest, he walked around and saw what looked to be the tallest tree in the forest so he got to the top of the tree and looked around
"Well this dimension appears to be more technologically advanced" Obito said
He saw a city not far from where he was and saw a train station with the train picking up the passengers, after that he decided to check his gear and see what Rikkudo Sennin gave him
He had 10 soldier pills, 60 food pills with each pill containing the required nutritions of a single meal
"There's not much for combat but atleast I got food pills, those will be necessary" Obito said
After checking his gear he decided to go to the city he spotted, it was currently
Noon so he didn't need to look out for demons currently, he decided to head to the highest building near him
"This is a good view" Obito said
For the building he could see the train station, a store, a noodle stand, houses, other tall buildings and a lot of other buildings, he didn't recognize most of these buildings but did recognize some
"This world will take a while for me to get used to" Obito said
He decided to try to summon his shakujo and the truth seeking orbs to make sure he knew how to, the shakujo and the truth seeking orbs all appeared with the shakujo appearing in his right hand and the truth seeking orbs appearing behind him, he quickly meade them dissapear to avoid people seeing the eight truth seeking orbs floating behind him
He ended up continuing to observe the city he was in and tried to figure out where demons might show up at night
He saw a row of rusty and dirty warehouses and thought the demons might show up there at night
The warehouses looke to be abandoned so he thought it was the perfect place for a demon to be
"This seems like a good spot" Obito said
He was sitting on top a different tall building than before but this one was closer to the warehouses, now all he had to do was wait for nightfall
