We walk in and immediately after being stared at like deers caught in headlights we head to our table and I sit next to Dash and Henrie is one the other side of me.
"Hi mommy you and dad are late!" he says
"Hi baby you look so handsome and I know I took to long on my make up" I say
"Like always makes sense that's another reason I'm happy I stayed in grandma's room she got me too eating quicker" he laughs
"Hey thats not funny" but me and Henrie laugh along
"You do have a point there buddy!" Henrie laughs
We all turn our attention to the bride and groom who stand up and make a toast to the whole room thanking them for being here and for a fun weekend ahead and then my sister gets into her self but the most crazy thing is watching her friends be okay with it and chant for her I can't help but laugh of the ridiculousness it can't be real. I finally look at her husband and from glance he looks just as self centered as she does and he must be since he's actually marrying my sister and the way he keeps hanging on every word she says he think she's amazing and that is problem number one and when appetizers starts coming around and being served the couple makes rounds and I'm dreading when they come here.

I finish my salad and shrimps which were good but not enough to make me happy for being here but at least it was delicious and I drink my first glass of alcohol and good thing I did because they both have finally reached our table
Honey this is my family this is my mom, my sister Rylee, and my nephew Dash isn't he adorable and this man right here is Henrie" she says smiling at him
"Its nice to meet you all its good to finally put a face to everyone important to Alicia" he says And I chuckle and roll my eyes
"Guys this is my hubby to be Richard isn't he handsome he's also great he's a scientist" she says
"Mhmm he must be something for you to agree to marry him" I say
"Wait I'm sorry but aren't you Henrie Archibald the Henrie your own of the best lawyers in the world apparently you finished law school by 21 and owned several law firms by 24" he says
"Uh yes but I'd prefer to be known and called Henrie Rylee's man not by my last name" Henrie says
"Wait you are an Archibald that's where I recognize you from that magazine with hottest billionaire professionals and omg you're here I can't believe it" Alicia says smiling
"Alicia your husband is right there and a woman's eyes who can be that impressively over another man is not a good luck making yourself look easy and a hopper or homewrecker tendency so stop you are making yourself look pitiful and embarrassing" I whisper so only me, her and Henrie can hear and he laughs and grabs my hand and squeezes it
"Ugh I'm just saying where I know him from" she says and rolls her eyes
"Well I hope you both enjoy the weekend with us and we get to talk more together!" they both say
"We hope you have a good weekend the other things may or may not come but enjoy your time and celebrations its what most important part" Henrie says
They walk back to the main table and finally they're far away and Henrie turns to me
"Your sister is definitely something!" he says
"Oh yeah she is she's always been and will be good luck to that man of hers but honestly he's annoying too" I say
"Yeah to get identified as an Archibald from another man was insane and annoying" he says laughing
"True right girls I get they look for guys like you but that screamed I want your connections" I say
"Mommy can you walk me to the bathroom please I dirtied my shirt" Dash says
"Yeah sure but let's go to the room instead I packed extra shirts for you! mom hand me your key please well be back come on lil man" I say and grab his hand and head up to the elevators and head to the room and open the closet and grab him a new shirt and he heads to the bathroom to change
When he comes out he smiles and I make sure everything is good
"Mommy is dad moving in with us or us with him?" he ask
"Dash sweetie me and your dad are just friends and have no plans on moving in together" I say
"You do not look like just friends to me but okay and but I think you'd be the best person he could date" he says
"Thank you my boy and you are the best son and me, and your grandparents and your dad are lucky to have you as amazing as you are" I say and kiss his head
We walk down and the party has started people are dancing and laughing and Dash runs to his grandma and dances with her and Henrie walks up to me
"Would you like to dance with me beautiful?" he says
"Yes let's goo" I say we're dancing and laughing and I look up at him and he's looking down at me and he smiles and pressed his hand on my cheek
"Rylee I'm going to kiss you now I want to so bad" he says
"You don't have to everyone will see and I do not want it to be for show you've done enough to help me this weekend" I say
"Anything that happens between us Rylee is not fake or for a show not with how much I've learned about you and I hope you realized that with all I've told you this past year you see the same for me" he says
And he grabs my face and plants his lips against mine and I kiss him back like I've done this for the past year
