Arrr! Them sea shanties got me feeling like a true pirate!
Here is a list of songs that I took inspiration from while writing this story. I know they aren't for everyone, but I adore shanties. These are some of my favourites that I played often when I wrote this book.
I think they add something to the experience. But I would just love more people to appreciate this awesome genre. So they ordered by the chapters they suit if you want to do that otherwise just listen to them all ;) Ones with stars * are my recommendations. I've also included their style in case you want sadder shanties compared to upbeat ones (my own description of the songs and whether they are sung by Male/Female/Both).
