32 ~ The Drug-Lord's Nerd ~

"What are you doing with my boyfriend" I said and saw her on top of him and he jolted up

"What do you think" she said and I just felt something flare through me

I walked away and back to the boat where I saw josh and I heard Rio running after me

He grabbed my arm and I grabbed his shirt and punched his face

"Leave me the hell alone" I yelled and Troy just stood there in shock

I got back on the boat and josh gave me a sympathetic look

"Sorry I'm making you go back and forth"

"I'm paid to do this" he said and I sat down and soon we had gotten to the beach

I sat back in my car, taking the pillow out of my shirt and drove off to my house and walked in

"What are you doing back"

"To get my stuff" I said and surprisingly rio hadn't gotten to it and I packed myself all my clothes and the other things and shoved that into the back of my car and drove off

I drove until I realised I was almost half an hour away and I just pulled over to the side

Maybe I should have just gone back to England

I started driving towards one of the beaches and saw some cabins

"Hey can I rent one of these"

"Actually we don't have any more left, the last one has some issues but there's a cottage like up that road, the owner knows me just say jack henterson sent you" he said

"Just up there"

"Yeah it's literally just go up and you should see a cottage on the left not hard to miss" he said and I nodded and headed back into my car

I drove up and saw the cottage and saw an elderly woman watering her flowers

"Excuse me miss?" I said and she looked at me

"Jack henterson sent me I just want to rent the place or even a room"

"Oh sweetheart you remind me of my daughter, I'm penny Morgan and yes, yes I have a cottage in the back it's kind of big but you'll be fine" she said and I nodded and as I went to the back it was like a mini village

"That's yours, there's food and water but eventually you'll have to go buy your own, it's 35 dollars a night but I'll say 60 for the week" she said and I gave her 80

"That's too much"

"Don't worry" I said and she smiled and left

I parked my car outside and headed inside and locked the door behind me and went into a bedroom

I left the suitcase on the side and went for a shower

I turned it on and got in cleaning myself and washing my hair

I slipped into some new pyjamas and towel dried my hair and headed back outside

I heard lightning crackle and rain started to pour down

I hadn't looks at my phone in hours and I saw it was blowing up

Rio, Emma, Troy, rosette

I opened Emma's messages

Where are you ???

Where the hell are you
Please don't go
Just come back

Messages like that were sent by the others too except over 300 was sent by rio

I didn't respond and left my phone to charge

I went to grab myself some food and found some lasagne on the table with a note

I made lasagne and I thought you'd want some, penny x

How'd she even get in

Maybe she had a key

I took the lasagne and a cup of water upstairs and started eating it

I left my plate and the cup on the side and grabbed my blanket and crawled into the bed trying not to think of what I had seen today but it was just too much

She was on top of him

Half naked

Thinking long and hard about what happened I drowsed off to sleep and pulled the blanket over myself further to warm myself up

The rain had gotten heavier, the lightning crackled and I just felt at peace

I loved the way it sounded

It made me feel safe

Just then I heard knocking

"MIA OPEN THIS DAMN DOOR"

Rio?

I got out of bed and looked through the peep hole and saw him standing there absolutely drenched

I opened the door and he stood there

"Idiot you're going to get sick" I said pulling him in and wrapping a few Towels around him

"I didn't do anything I just woke up and she was there, I didn't know"

"I don't want to talk"

"We're going to have to okay, I like you Mia hell I may even love you, even though I have no idea what love is but it scares me that one day I'll wake up and you won't be next to me, holding my hand and having your little head on my chest feeling my heart go faster by the second. It scares me that one day I'll look back at myself and realise I lost the only thing that ever made me happy over a stupid girl, who was jealous of the only girl that was in my eyes"
