35 ~ The Drug-Lord's Nerd

Our night was spent by drinking wine and eating steak as we talked about the most randomest things and laughing until people around us looked at like we escaped the zoo 

''You know i'm terrified of the dark, like i keep a baseball bat under my bed because of a dream i had when I was younger and its so stupid'' he said and I laughed harder 

''What was the dream'' I had managed to say in between breaths 

''I think it was that i was just in my house and a clown somehow broke in and you know 2016, with the stupid killer stuff. Yeah so the bitch broke into my house ate my cereal and then stole my TV'' he said and i laughed even harder 

''How does that cause you to be afraid of the dark'' I said 

''Because it happened at night'' he said and i drank more of my drink and caught my breath 

He had payed for our food and we headed out and into his car 

''where now''

''To my bed i'm sleepy'' 

''What no! come on lets go to the beach'' he said pulling out of the driveway of the restaurant and son pulled up to a beach 

''Take off your heels'' he said and i left them in the car and he took off his shoes and he placed down a blanket, which i have no idea where he got from, and we sat down 

The wind brushed past my face, calming me down and he stroked my hair and just then his phone rang 

He pulled it out of his pocket and still stroked my hair 

''Hey whats up''

''Emma?'' he said and I sprang up 

''Oh shit really?''

''yeah yeah, we're coming'' he said 

''Whats going on'' I asked 

''Emma got a call and she was pretty sure it was your mum screaming her head off'' he said and we sat back in his car and we dove off to the house and i walked in to see her sitting with Troy on the sofa 

''What's going on'' he said 

''I got a call and i answered it, it sounded like Mia's mum but she was screaming, like absolutely pissed off. Like about to murder a bitch type of pissed off''

Suddenly, one of the windows were broken and we ducked down

''What the hell was that'' Troy yelled getting out his gun

''I think we're about to find out'' Rio said and I pulled him back before he could go out and i went myself and saw my mum there with my dad and two other men

''What are you doing'' I said 

''Taking you back home and away from this delinquent'' she said 

''No I don't want to go'' I said an yanked away my hand and the two guys grabbed me and suddenly both were shot 

''And dead'' I said and pushed them away from me 

''Mum I'm not a kid and completely able to make my own decisions, I've learnt to live here. Go to college, be with my friends and my boyfriend''

''That man is no boyfriend of yours look at him, he's like if mickey mouse had a beard''

I heard Rio laugh and i shook my head 

''please just go''

''No my sister is out with a crazy tattooed mafia guy as well as her daughter, I will not let you do the same'' She said referring to Beth

''You're going to have to, i'm nineteen I would have moved out someday'' i said walking away and just then I fell to the floor as a rock hit my foot 

''You're coming with us'' she said and I ran back into the house and Rio after me 

''Lock the door''

''Well nah, i thought i was going to have to leave it wide open'' troy said and i rolled my eyes

''One day you'll realize you married a mistake and then it'll be too late, do NOT come home'' she yelled and walked away 

''Well uh that was eventful'' Emma said and i rolled my eyes 

i shook my head and headed off to my room and the words kept circling my head
