Vikram's POV

Waking up to her beautiful face smiling unknowingly in her sleep is the one thing I want to do everyday for the rest of my life.

I want to give you the chance

I wouldn't let you down Rhea. Yesterday when I confessed my feelings, she stood like a rock and my heart sank like titanic ship.

But when she said those words, from then till now I can't stop smiling, I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with her.

She started shuffling in her seat, I closed my eyes pretending to be asleep. I don't want to freak her out by watching her sleep.

I hear the door being opened, I slowly peeked through my eyes, she was standing with her back towards the car, she raised her hands stretching.

Her sweatshirt rose above her jeans revealing a black mark on her waist, it might have caused when I stumbled on the rock yesterday.

She waved a hand in front of my face," what's wrong? you look dull," she commented.

"I am sorry," her eyebrows knitted not understanding what I am talking about, I pointed towards her waist, she lifted her shirt examining the mark and then she did the unexpected.

She laughed, here I am worrying about the injury and she is laughing," it's just a swell and it will heal in two to three days," she explained.

She stopped when she noticed the watch on my hand, her face turning into horror, "what?" I asked.

" It's 7am, I have to go home, my phone must be blasting with calls, they will know if I don't pick up, what will they think?"

"Shhh, shhh....," I calmed her,"it will be fine, no one will know, they will assume you are still asleep, we will be there soon."

She nodded, I started the car driving into the town, there was no traffic, so we will be reaching soon.

My phone rang and it was Preeti, I took her number from Instagram when she messaged me about Rhea's birthday.

Rhea looked puzzled, I put the phone in speaker mode,"hey mom!" she shouted.

Mom!?

I think she misdialed my number instead of her mom, I was about to cut the call when Rhea stopped me,"Any problem?" She spoke.

"You need to be here soon, you sister is here," Preeti whispered and both our eyes widened. Rhea will definitely freak out if her sister finds out.

"What did you tell her?" Rhea asked again.

"I told her you went to temple, get here soon, bye," she cut the call before we can speak.

I stopped my car to a side, we were almost there but her sister in her house and Rhea looking like this in her sweatshirt and jeans will totally give her away.

"I have a plan, do you have your credit card?" Rhea asked and I nodded,"then drive as I say."

She took me in different directions before stopping in front of a boutique, she dragged me out and took into the boutique.

I am surprised they are open so early, she must have known about this. It was a small shop but they had a huge collection.

"Pick a dress and pay the bill, I will be back soon," saying this she rushed into the washroom near the exit.

I stood there shocked, I am not an expert in women's section, what does she expect me to find.

I obeyed her and tried to find a dress, after a little searching I found a dress which was a yellow anarkali suit, I paid for it and waited for her to come.
