Steve POV
I don't even know how I'm feeling; I guess I'm pissed. All I asked of him was hat he didn't take drugs that could kill him while he's already injured..all I want is for him to be safe. And I know he's right, it's not my place to tell him what to do.
Not that it even matters anymore, cuz I doubt I'll ever get to talk to him again. But fuck I miss him so much already. I lay on my bed and grab Eddie jacket, he forgot to take it with him. I put it on and just cry into my pillow. I don't want to break up with him. I want to be with him forever.
Maybe I shouldn't have said that, maybe it was stupid to tell him I love him, he obviously doesn't love me, hell he doesn't even like me. But after awhile i go to the phone and call Dustin "hey kid, it's me" I say when he picks up
"Hey Steve what's up? are you ok? You sound kinda upset?" He asks
"No..me and Eddie got in this huge fight and he just stormed out and broke up with me"
"Shit, I'm so sorry man, do you wanna come to hellfire tonight" what the fuck, I tell the kid the guy I'm in love with broke up with me so he invites me to spend 6 hours with him? "Eddies not up it tonight Mike is filling in cuz he gets back soon, it'll start at 6" oh. Never mind I guess
"Um.. yeah I guess" hellfire just reminds me of Eddie. I miss him. He's hardly been gone an hour and I want him back. I can't do this, I can't be without him, he's the only person I've ever been with that makes me want to be a better person, he makes me want to stay with him forever and start a family.
Dustin POV
Steve and Eddie might actually kill be when they see each other there. But I do not except the fact that they broke up for such a dumb reason. Steve is the biggest simp ever he'll gladly take Eddie back, Eddie is the problem. He's stubborn as hell and even though he clearly wants to be with Steve he's not gonna just agree to get back together, he won't wanna admit how much he overreacted.
But it's hellfire. Eddie will be so distracted with pulling monsters out of every trap door that he won't have to to think about the break up, so then maybe he'll be more open to talking to Steve. Damn I am so much smarter then both of them combined, how would they survive without me?
Me Lucas and will are going to mikes house to see him since he gets back together then his Parents to will take us to the school for hellfire. Will has not shut up about how excited he is to see Mike, like he was only gone a week and a half and they called the entire time. "Dustin hurry up, mikes gonna be there soon" wills yells from the front door
"Ok ok calm down I'm coming" I leave The house and get on my bike; all three of us start making our way to mikes place, assuming Mike wants to go
"Will slow down, you don't wanna get there before him or it's just weird" Lucas comments so will slows down a little "so are you planning on telling him how schools Been?"
"Of course not, he'll just get worried and over react, it's not really a big deal so he doesn't need to know" will replies
"Dude he's gonna find out at school tomorrow, and he knows all about how you were bullied in year 5 it's not like he's gonna think less of you" Lucas says
"Yeah, he'll be worried but he's not gonna cause drama about it, the worst he could do is stick up for you so what's the big deal about telling him?" I ask
"I just don't want him to get hurt, what if Troy starts bullying him as well? He doesn't need to be dragged into this" will says
"Ok man but he'll find out eventually at school" I shrug as he we pull into mikes drive way, looks like they're home. He get off the bikes and knock on the door. A moment later Mike opens the door and smiles
Will immediately hugs him "hey, how was your trip?" He mumbles, Mike hugs back then kisses him
"Eh it was fine, you know extended family so it's always burning, anyway why are you guys here?"
"Will missed you like crazy, also wanted to see if you wanna come to hellfire tonight" yes I lied about Mike DMing but I have no regrets.
"Yeah sure, you guys wanna hang here til it's time to go?" He offers. We all nod and go downstairs
