As the wave of energy expanded outward and touched the creature as well as Mani and Suna, the attack struck Mani.
A moment later, Mani was sent backward by the force of the attack. He fell into his sister, who was also knocked down.
A fifth of Mani's health was gone.
I mentally felt relieved. An icon appeared under Mani, Suna, and the creature.
These icons were the damage mitigation icon under Mani and Suna and the damage reduction icon under the creature.
I continued forward in my sprint until I was behind and under the creature.
"Mind Bolt," I called out as chaotic psychic energy left my palms and struck the creature.
It motioned as if it were screaming out in pain without making a sound.
Under my name appeared the aggro icon. I was now the target of the creatures anger.
"Mani, Suna heal up. I need you back up!" I shouted.
"Right!" They both shouted, shaking of the confusion.
It turned to face me, then teleported backward a few steps and began to shake violently and in an eerily rhythmic manner before teleporting again.
I raised my arms, readying for the next attack.
