After hugging the two, they broke out in soft tears and hugged me tighter.
I hugged them for a few moments before asking them if they were ready to head back.
They pulled back, wiped their faces, and nodded with pitiable smiles.
We made our way back to town with little trouble. Though both Mani and Suna seemed a bit jumpy and nervous. For the rest of the evening, we rested ate, and we did some shopping for a bit.
While out, we made our way over to the forge tech and had the equipment i could get from the boss's item drop, the [Core of the Profaned Amalgamate].
From it I could forge five items:
[Boneblade of Calcification]
[Royal Envoy Set]
[Silver Scale Crown]
[Savant's Silverlight Catalyst]
[Bone Eater's Greatsword]
Of the five; the royal envoy set, the crown, and the catalyst looked the most useful. After a few moments, I decided to go with the crown due to its ability to increase the damage of striking and piercing artes.
After finishing up, we made our way back to the inn.
On the way, I saw an advertisement that caught my eye.
