We were back where it all started, the tent. Wells and Finn were still holding me as the others argued and they glared at them.
If looks could kill.
"Why, Charlotte?" Bellamy asks
"I was just trying to slay my demons like you told me."
"What the hell is she talking about?" Clarke demands
"She misunderstood me. Charlotte, that is not what I meant."
"Bring the girl out now!"
"Please don't let them hurt me," Charlotte begs
"If you guys have any bright ideas, speak up.
No response.
"Now you stay quiet."
"Those are your boys out there!" Finn shouts, "They hurt Athena."
At this everyone goes quiet, they were too invested in Murphy that they didn't even realize it
I look away, not wanting to be here at this moment.
"You want to build a society, princess? Let's build a society. Bring her out."
"No! Please, Athena, Bellamy."
"Charlotte, hey, it's gonna be okay. Just stay with them." He gestures to Finn Clarke and me.

"It's gonna be night soon, Finn. Where are we going? At least tell me you have a plan and we're not just wandering aimlessly through the woods."
"I have a plan." He responds
Charlotte reaches out to grab my hand but I snatch it away.
"What do you think you're doing?" I question, a bit harsher than I intended.
"You killed my brother, don't touch me," she falls silent, "What, were you going to kill me too, huh? Couldn't stand to see my fathers face either?"
"Athena," Finn says pointedly
"What?" I demand
"She's just a kid."
