User doesn't have to touch the metal to liquefy it, if the second metal is touching the first metal it will also me liquefied.

Liquid Metal is a good and maluable quirk that can be used in a variety of situations.
Weaknesses:
Over use causes low iron in the bloodstream and light headedness.
