Description:
This user had the ability to remove their limbs and grow new ones in their place. The limbs that are removed can be controlled even after removal for up to an hour before becoming just a regular dismembered limb

Strengths:
This is a great surprise quirk to catch opponents compleatly off guard by just straight up losing a limb
Weaknesses:
The user takes up energy to grow new limbs, and the less energy they have the slower it will grow back. It can also be hard on the user's joints to constantly pull out limbs
