Description:
The user has 3 sets of very large angelic wings that allow for very fast flight. They are very strong and can be used offensively. When people look upon these wings they feel an intense fear that can paralyze enemies in place. While in a state of fear, looking into the eyes of the user can warp the afflicted persons perception of the user and make them appear monstrous and larger than they are.

Strengths:
The quirk is good for using fear to immobilize enemies while the speed can take them out before they snap out of it
Weaknesses:
User can't control who they make afraid or for how long. Warping for too long will make them agitated
