Description:
User can transform into a large serpent-like dragon that can control water, but not produce their own. This user can transform partially or fully into a dragon, as if going down a Human-to-Dragon scale. The more dragon like the user is, the more water they can control and the more powerful they become. As a dragon the user has enhanced strength, Claws and powerful jaw, and can fly.

Quirk Evolution:
User can shoot beams of water from their mouth. This effect is weaker the more human they are and stronger the more dragon they are. Using this effect gives the user a soar throat.
Strengths:
This quirk is a very good offensive ability with high speeds, strength, and water manipulating ability
Weaknesses:
User cannot transorm into a dragon for very long, as it takes stamina and calories to transform and they are at risk of passing out. Transforming leaves the user very hungry after, and they must eat a lot before and after transforming.
