This user can alter and mimic different kinds of vibrational waves. This includes sound, earthquakes, and frequencies outside the human spectrum. The user cannot mimic any kind of vibration that they haven't experience
Quirk Factor:
From their body, primarily ears, mouth, and hands
Strengths:
This quirk can be very good for infiltration, being able to both mimic the voice of a person perfectly, but also able to use their Quirk to get away if they are found out
Weaknesses:
The user will get dizzy and disoriented the longer this ability is used. There is also a constant feeling of buzzing in the user's ears while using it.
