Description:
The user has giant moth scales, white on the outside and dark and colourful on the inside that they can use to fly. The scales that make up their wings on the colourful side can detach and flow in the wind, causing hypnotic effects. The user can't manipulate the moth scales once they detach from their body.

This is a good support quirk that can be used on a mass amount of enemies
Weaknesses:
User can't control who gets hypnotized and who doesn't once they let out their scales
