The user can create Blue Ice, a type of ice that it much harder and colder than regular ice due to the lack of air bubbles, causing the ice to be more compact and the ice crystals to enlarge. This also causes the ice to be more slippery and be very clear blue in appearence . This user cannot manipulate the ice after it has been formed.

This ability is a very strong offensive quirk with a wide range and strong defensive capabilities
Weaknesses:
Frost will begin to grow on the user's skin, more so from the places the quirk is being used the most. This will cause slow and sluggish movements.
