This user can freeze an area in time for as long as they don't blink. After careful observing an area, this user can freeze everything within a 50 meter radius in time for as long as they can keep their eyes open. This includes living and non living objects. People frozen in time do not realize that they are frozen in time. Those that enter the time freeze are also frozen, except the user.

Strengths:
This user has a good support quirk that allows them to take out enemies before they even know what's happening.
Weaknesses:
Over use causes the user's eyes to become dry and blurry. This user will also start to have a shorter memory, and have memory gaps in recent events
