Chapter 27

I fell asleep in the car last night.

Ares must have carried me to my room because I woke up in my bed the next morning.

I yawn and sit up.

I hear the ruffling of my covers next to me.

I look over to my right and see Ares with his arms wrapped around one of my pillows.

I smile to myself.

He looks so peaceful.

I love him. So much.

I take the covers off of me and walk to the bathroom.

I do what I need to and get out to Ares still sleeping.

I lay back down facing him.

He turns around to his other side, his back facing me.

I wrap my arms around his waist into a hug.

I hear him let out a sigh.

I slowly start to close my eyes once again.

Ares is now awake. He's in the bathroom while I'm still laying in bed, scrolling through tiktok.

Ares comes back and plops down onto the bed next to me.

"What do you wanna do today?"

"Mmm I was thinking maybe we could spend the day watching movies and just hanging out" I say shrugging slightly.

"Then that's what we'll do" He says getting up again and grabbing my controller to my TV.

He goes on to Disney+ and picks a random movie.

He sits back down next to me.

We watch the start of the movie then we just start talking.

"Baby?"

"Hmm"

"Why don't you call me any pet names?"

"Do you want me to?"

"Only if you want to my love" Ares says shrugging.

I let put a small laugh.

"What would you like me to call you?" I ask looking over at him.

"Well" He pauses to think. "Maybe... I don't know. Whatever is fine."

"Okay" I say smiling.

We continue talking about random stuff.

The movie ends and as we're looking for another movie to put someone knocks on my door.

I get up and open the door.

It's Lilly.

"Hey, what's up?"

"Can I come inside?" She says messing with her fingers.

"Yeah but just so you know Ares is in there."

"That's fine."

I move out of her way so she can come in. She walks in a gives Ares a small smile before walking to my desk and taking a seat.

"What happen? Are you okay?" I say walking to her and sitting in front of her.

"Well-uhm" I see her eyes slowly start to tear up.

"I-I'm pregnant" She says looking at me.

Woah wasn't expecting that one.

I was shocked I couldn't speak.
