-Ezra-

It's been a few months now.

Ares and I finished the year last month.

We've been enjoying the summer.

We've taken lots of trips, gone out on lots of dates, and just spending time with one another.

I'm driving back home from grocery shopping.

As I take a turn, bright lights come to my view.

Before I know it, there's a big crash.

And everything goes black.

~Ares~

I'm speeding to the hospital right now. I got a call saying the Ez got into a car crash. As soon as I heard that I was already on my way.

I run to the front desk.

"I'm looking for Ezra Hernandez" I say quickly.

"Who are for her?" She asks.

"Her boyfriend, please I really need to see her." My voice breaks.

"She's in room 201."

"Thank you" I say before running to Ezra's room.

I walk into the room.

There it is.

The love of my life laying on a hospital bed.

I let out a shaky sigh.

"Do you know her?" A nurse walking into the room says.

"Yes, I'm her boyfriend" I say sitting down on a chair near her bed.

"She'll be okay. Minor cuts, and bruise. Nothing that could have killed her. But I am sorry for your lose" She says looking at me, holding her hands and clipboard in front of her.

I look at her confused.

"What do you mean my lose?"

"The baby."

What...

"I'll leave you to be, sorry again." She walks out of the room.

Tears cloud my vision.

We lost our baby...

The tears fall as I grab Ezra's hand.

-Ezra-

I wake up to a doctor checking me.

"She woke up." He says to a nurse.

She walks out of the room quickly.

"Nice to finally see you awake Ms. Hernandez. Your boyfriend has been waiting very impatiently." He says writing something down.

Just then Ares barges into the room.

"Ezra" he says running to give me a hug. "Your awake. Oh my love." He whispers.

The doctor walks out of the room.

"Ares, what happen?" I whisper as he pulls away.

"You were in a car accident. Drunk driver." He says looking down at the floor.

"What's on your mind?"

"Nothing."

"It's something if it's bothering you."

"When I walked in the nurse... she said that-"

It's affecting him a lot.

"She was sorry for our lose" he grabs my hand with a sigh.
