Now I've come to know that those who don't have the warmest places to live and don't have any person to live with feel like because I am in the same state. But shrugging off this never-ending sadness,I searched for my phone in my pocket. It was so cold that it took me a whole minute to find it.
God knows in which pocket I kept it. Of course, it was going to take me time; I was wearing three layers over my half tee, a sweatshirt, then a good woolen sweater, and one overcoat.
As soon as I opened my phone, other than one particular person, no other messages were there on my phone. A scoff left my lips when I realized there was no one who would care about me.
I switched my phone, hoping that maybe someone would have been worried about me and wondering why I was not in touch on New Year's Eve.
