"Yes! C'mon, Henry! Finish her!"
Henry and I were fighting in a video game with motion capture suits, while the othets were cheering us on.
"He's finally gonna dethrone the queen!" my dad beamed
"FINISH HER!" Jasper cheered
"Dude, that was right in my ear." Kelly glared at him
"I'm gonna do it!" Henry beamed "I finally gonna- wait, what's happening-"
"Destroy him, Dria!" Charlotte yelled
I was throwing punches left and right at Henry's character until I won.
"KNOCK OUT!" the game announced
"No!"
I smirked before ending the match and turning to Henry.
"I was just about to beat you."
"Well, sometimes the cat likes to play with the mouse before she kills it." I winked at him
"Yeah, well sometimes.. the cat hurts the mouse's feelings."
"Alright, Dria. You've proven you can defeat boy hair. Let's see how you do against fully grown man hair." my dad challenged before turning to Henry "Bye bye." he waved him off
"Hey, has anyone seen the pig toenail clippers?" Schwoz chimed in, rubbing a rabbit over his head..
We all stared at Schwoz.
Totally normal.
"What?"
"Are you drying yourself with a rabbit..?" Henry asked
"Yes."
"Okay."
"I'll just ask the obvious question here, why?" Charlotte wondered
"Yeah, why?"
"Yeah, where are the details."
"Why not just use towels?"
"Because I sent all of our towels to the cleaners and they all got stolen."
"Oh, yeah. Our towels got stolen too." Charlotte chimed in
"Same with us.."
"They haven't had towels at my house in years."
Schwoz stroked the rabbit gently, trying to drain the water out.
"You're getting rabbit water all over the floor." McKenzie scolded
"Sorry. Sorry.." he put the rabbit down
"No- don't- don't-"
Schwoz started wiping the floor with the rabbit.
Henry sighed "Okay, maybe we should track down whoever's stealing these towels."
