Elizabeth pov
We made it, the bridge had just exploded I opened my eyes gasping for air I finally got my breathing to steady when I saw a large piece of the bridge on my right leg it hurt but I couldn't think of the pain I had to find Mr Darcy I looked around and saw him laying face down about two feet away from me I tried to get to him but the stone on my leg trapped me I used all my strength to roll the rock off of my leg gasping in pain as I did finally I was free I then crawled over to Mr Darcy and rolled him onto his back he was unconscious I lowered my head to his face and felt his faint breath on my cheek and let of a sigh of relief "the first moment I ever beheld you my heart was irrevocably gone" I said to his unconscious body "Lizzy!!" I heard someone call then I realized it was Jane and called back "Jane over here!!" After a few minutes Jane and Mr Bingley came rushing over to us "Lizzy are you alright?" Jane asked "yes but Mr Darcy is injured and needs a physician immediately" I said "yes there is a wagon ready to take him and you to rosings right now" Mr Bingley said the soldiers lifted Darcy into the wagon and Jane came to help me up as soon as I got to my feet pain surged through my leg and I cried out as I fell back to the ground "Lizzy what's wrong?!" Jane cried as she bent down to help me "Jane it's my leg a bolder landed on it when the bridge exploded" I told her "alright stay here one moment I'll have Mr Bingley put you in the wagon with Mr Darcy" Jane said as she called for Mr Bingley to come over to us when he reached us he asked what was wrong and Jane told him and asked him to help me into the wagon he then bent down and gently lifted me into his arms and carried me to the wagon and placed me next to Mr Darcy and told the driver to go straight to rosings immediately and as fast as possible and with that we were off to rosings where a physician was ready to tend to our wounds the ride was not gentle but at least it was smoother than a galloping horse we finally arrived and the driver told the guards what happened and they nodded and came around to the back of the wagon and lifted Mr Darcy and I out of the wagon and took us inside immediately we were greeted by Lady Catherine and my entire family save for Jane and Lydia who hadn't yet returned from the bridge "what has happened?" Lady Catherine asked calmly as every one walked along side the guard carrying me "we were caught in the blast that destroyed the bridge" I explained and everyone nodded the guard finally put me down in a room and left my and Mr Darcy was put in the room next to mine the physician came and said he would be back to tend to me after tending to Mr Darcy I nodded in understanding and he left
